Meet the owners of The Business

Paul Mathias

Operations Director

Paul has been with Multidwell since its inception in 2010, and brings over 20 years’ experience in Project Management, Construction and Manufacturing. Prior to founding Multidwell, Paul’s role was as CEO of an Internal fitout company from 1990 till 2006. During this time he was responsible for 60 tradesmen and delivered projects ranging from Sydney International Airport, Centre Point Tower, City Education Building, Westmead Hospital and numerous high rise residential facilities.

With his strong work ethic and extensive construction knowledge Paul is able to deliver premium products for investors and home owners. A key part of his role is sales, product development and supplier sourcing.

George Roiniotis

Construction Director

George has been in the building industry for over 15 years and a licenced builder for 13 years and as such brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project. George has been primarily working in the residential sector and has completed many projects ranging from small extensions to multi residential units. In addition, George has also spent 4 years in commercial construction which helped him develop a great sense of budget and quality.

With his extensive knowledge of construction, understanding the importance of delivering projects on time and within budget, George’s role as Construction Director is to supervise each and every Multidwell granny flat.

Multidwell Granny Flats offer you complete flexibility with the design of your premium quality granny flat. Making time to meet with you, understand your needs, we will custom design your granny flat taking into consideration the purpose of the granny flat and your personal needs. No two granny flats are the same because no two clients are the same!

Choice

Once we’ve worked together to custom design your unique granny flat, you have the freedom to select all the finer details of internal and external colour schemes, floor finishes and bathroom tile selections. A complimentary meeting is available with an Award Winning Colour Consultant to assist you with these choices.

Experience

Multidwell’s Directors have between them, over 35 years’ experience in construction. All our on site trades are hand picked by us, and we will only work with people that we trust. Having been building granny flats on the Northern Beaches since 2010, Multidwell have a proven track record in the area, of building high quality granny flats. Each granny flat we build is managed by Multidwell – We do not subcontract out this very important job.

With a Hamptons style, external cladding finish, European-styled kitchen, and use of recycled timbers and stone bench-tops, Multidwell continually strives to deliver the best quality products for you.

Complete Service

Multidwell takes care of the entire process, from the initial site inspection, the customised design, engaging a Certifier if the build can be Complying Development or liaising with Council if a Development Application is required. Multidwell takes care of the whole process from start to finish, so you can enjoy a stress free process, the outcome being your custom designed granny flat, built to stringent Australian standards.
