
Operations Director
Paul has been with Multidwell since its inception in 2010, and brings over 20 years’ experience in Project Management, Construction and Manufacturing. Prior to founding Multidwell, Paul’s role was as CEO of an Internal fitout company from 1990 till 2006. During this time he was responsible for 60 tradesmen and delivered projects ranging from Sydney International Airport, Centre Point Tower, City Education Building, Westmead Hospital and numerous high rise residential facilities.
With his strong work ethic and extensive construction knowledge Paul is able to deliver premium products for investors and home owners. A key part of his role is sales, product development and supplier sourcing.

Construction Director
George has been in the building industry for over 15 years and a licenced builder for 13 years and as such brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project. George has been primarily working in the residential sector and has completed many projects ranging from small extensions to multi residential units. In addition, George has also spent 4 years in commercial construction which helped him develop a great sense of budget and quality.
With his extensive knowledge of construction, understanding the importance of delivering projects on time and within budget, George’s role as Construction Director is to supervise each and every Multidwell granny flat.
Supporting Paul and George are an exceptional team of highly experienced tradespeople and support staff.
