Paul will be able to advise whether he feels the granny flat can be built as a Complying Development or whether a Development Application would be more advantageous. Paul can discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both options.
Multidwell will translate your vision into a preliminary floorplan. Paul will then send this to you, clarifying any queries so that he can then send you an accurate fixed price quote. This will include everything to allow you to move forward with your premium quality granny flat. Assuming you are happy with the concept plan, we then invite you to view over 130 properties we have built across the Northern Beaches. This detailed meeting with the owner of the business and our experienced Draftsperson allows you to finalise the plans for your new granny flat.
Only after this point, when you are 100% happy with the design, do you enter into a fixed price contract or, if your build requires a Council Development Application, we simply ask you enter into a Preliminary Agreement, pending the outcome of the DA submission.
